PUDDING FESTIVAL – Despite the weather, another very successful pudding festival was held for St Mary’s Church, Humber, at the lovely Great Marston Farmhouse on Friday, June 27. Many delicious puddings were consumed with the record now standing at 15 eaten by one person. Mike Kimbery, the church warden, thanked everyone who provided the scrumptious puddings with a special big thank-you to Margaret and Philip Brown for providing such a magnificent venue. More than £420 was raised for church funds.
