GET up close with nature with the WildPlay Nature Rangers who are running events for children (aged up to 13 years) and families to experience the outdoors and have some fun.
This morning (Thursday) from 10am to noon, go bug hunting in Hunderton then create your own Ceepy Crawly insect features. This afternoon, the rangers will be on a bug hunt in Hinton (at the park on Hinton Avenue) from 2-4pm.
Queenswood is the venue on Tuesday, August 12, from 2-4pm, when they’ll be bug hunting, snail racing and more.
On Thursday, August 14, there’s bug-hunting in Methane Meadow, Belmont (near the Community Centre) from 2-4pm.
Enjoy some Wildplay at Lea, the park at the top of Rudhall view, on Thursday, August 28, from 10am to noon, and create your own camouflage den in the trees at the playing fields (Marcle Walk entrance) between 2pm and 4pm.
