A WOMAN was taken to hospital after a fire broke out in her bedroom.
Fire crews from Bromyard and Leominster were called to Firs Lane, Bromyard, at 6.30am last Saturday (September 13), where they stopped the fire spreading to other rooms.
Hose reels and four sets of breathing apparatus were used, while the house needed to be ventilated afterwards.
The occupier was taken to hospital to be treated for smoke inhalation and the fire service is investigating how the fire started.
