HEREFORDSHIRE’s wildlife is set to benefit from an event at Croft Castle this weekend.
Children are being invited to create a bird feeder, to hang in their gardens for the autumn, on Sunday between 12noon and 3pm.
Property manager Ian Grafton said: “Gardens are an important habitat for birds and we can help to feed them over the colder months by putting out feeders. It’s also a great way to attract a variety of species.”
Normal admission prices apply with a small charge for bird feeder-making materials.
