SUNSHINE broke through the mist and clouds on Saturday morning as a north Herefordshire ploughing match got underway.
The match, organised by the Weobley and District Agricultural Improvement Society, took place at New Court, Brobury, near Bredwardine.
It was the society's 101st annual event.
With other matches around the county falling victim to bad weather over the past few weeks, the Weobley event attracted a number of late entries for the ploughing categories and domestic section.
Sheep dog trials also kept visitors entertained.
