A STOLEN lorry was found set on fire in Herefordshire this morning.

Firefighters from Bromyard were called to a lay-by on the A4103 at Evesbatch just after 3am.

The lorry, which was carrying refrigerated copper, was well alight, but there was no sign of the driver.

Pete Butcher, police press officer, said the lorry was stolen from a Ludlow business and has been recovered.
