POLICE have confirmed that some copper coils that were carried on a stolen lorry yesterday were taken from a Herefordshire business.
A lorry was found set on fire by firefighters at a lay-by on the A403 at Evebatch just after 3am.
Pete Butcher, police press officer, said the copper were removed from a premises on Moreton Business Park and were valued at £12,500.
The lorry had been stolen from a Ludlow business and has been recovered.
