AWARD-winning comedian Noel Britten, who will play The Comedy Zone in Hereford’s Blue Rooms on Friday, April 24, has been described as the funniest comedy magician since Tommy Cooper. His quick-witted dry humour defies all expectations, his fast paced one liners executed with razor sharp precision. He has performed worldwide in Australia, Canada, Dubai, Holland, Singapore, Hong Kong and the USA, and also runs Bizzare Bath, a comedy tour of the city described by BBC’s Holiday show as “brilliantly unforgettable”
Joining him on the bill are two other comedy circuit favourites, Matt Kirshen and James Cook.
Matt Kirshen now splits his time between gigging in the UK and the USA, having achieved fame in America in 2008, thanks to his success in the US TV show, Last Comic Standing, a kind of X Factor for comedians.
In the UK he has made appearances on The Late Edition, 28 Acts in 28 Minutes, and Stand Up Great Britain. In addition to this he has wriiten for both The Secret Policeman’s Ball and Channel 4’s 8 out of 10 Cats.
There will be a special guest appearing alongside Matt and Noel and Adam Montgomery will host the show.
