A HEREFORDSHIRE leisure company has been recognised as an Investor in People.
Halo Leisure celebrated the achievement with an official plaque unveiling ceremony at Leominster Leisure Centre.
This is the first time Halo has received a quality award for all of its centres at the same time.
Jon Argent, chief executive of Halo Leisure, said: “I’m delighted that our staff have been acknowledged for the great work they do and it demonstrates how essential they are to the service we provide.
“We will be regularly reviewing our performance against the standard and we are committed to continuing to deliver improvements and developments for our staff.”
Halo manages 10 leisure centres on behalf of Herefordshire Council.
The Investors in People standard is designed to advance an organisation’s performance through the management and development of its staff.
