Whitecross High School staff show Indian students around Hereford Town Hall.
A HEREFORD school has welcomed a group of students from India’s largest city.
An exchange group from Kolkata (Calcutta) were given lessons at Whitecross High School.
The visit follows an exchange trip last February where Whitecross pupils travelled to their twin, Heritage School.
Nineteen pupils and three teachers from Kolkata made the return journey last week and sat through lessons and activities.
The group was also given a tour of the city and town hall.
