BROMYARD schoolchildren have proved they are number one by winning a county maths challenge.
St Peter’s Primary School defeated 15 other schools to win the annual 24-game competition at Broadlands for the first time.
Pupils Emily Cross, Josh Skyrme, Danielle Brunsden and Zoe Symonds did their sums, delighting headteacher Kevin Wright.
