PARISH COUNCIL – The meeting was held in Rowlestone Village Hall with Councillor Paul Sheen in the chair.
The HAGS quarterly report found there were no problems with play equipment.
A review of work undertaken on parish paths during the year was presented. A report on work still to be carried out was submitted by the local footpaths officer. The annual meeting of the parish council will be on May 5 at 7.15pm in the Memorial Hall.
MUMS & TOTS – 9am to 11am Wednesday, term time only, in St Michael’s Hall. Toddlers, babies and their mums, dads or carers are warmly invited. Toys, books, crafts, refreshments provided. £1.50 per session.
FLICKS IN STICKS – The next film I've Loved You So Long will be shown tomorrow (Friday) at 7.30pm in the Memorial Hall.
COFFEE MORNING – To raise funds towards flowers for St Devereux flower festival. Saturday from 10am to noon in Kilpeck hall.
CHURCHES TOGETHER – There will be a talk by Rev Warren Bardsley on Witnessing Reality: Stories From Israel/Palestine on Saturday at 7.30pm in Ewyas Harold Baptist Chapel. Come and hear at first hand from Rev Bardsley, recently returned from the West Bank.
