PEOPLE who exhibit machines and equipment at the prestigious national Dairy Event and Livestock Show are being invited to enter a new award scheme.
The Royal Association of British Dairy Farmers wants to recognise the economic importance of their products to the livestock faming sector.
The judges will take into account the innovation, economic advantages to farmers, running costs – including replacement parts and prices – servicing, safety features and energy usage.
Shortlisted entries will be judged at the event on September 16.
Closing date for entries is July 24 and forms are available by contacting WendyGriffin@rabdf.co.uk
