There will be cream teas, plants, cakes and book stalls, and a good-as-new clothes rack and bric-a-brac stall.

PARISH PLAN COMMITTEE – The Bosbury and Coddington Parish Plan Committee is collecting the views of all those who live or work in the parish on how they want the parish to change, or how it should stay the same, to ensure that it remains a place we want to stay in and call home.

Volunteer members were present at last Sunday’s bluebell walk at Bosbury House to start collecting ideas.

They will also be at the WI May Fair on Saturday. On Friday, May 15, they will be at Flicks in the Sticks and on Saturday, May 16, at the farmers’ market in the parish hall. Anyone will be able to make suggestions, either as individuals or groups.

These will be collected on a large map at each event and used to decide which are most important to be acted upon.

FLICKS IN THE STICKS – Slumdog Millionaire, Friday, May 15, 7.30pm in the parish hall. To ensure a seat, call Brian Clutterbuck on 01531 640415.

FARMERS’ MARKET – At the farmers’ market on Saturday, May 16, there will be a Traidcraft fashion show, plus all the usual stallholders in the parish hall from 11.30am to noon.
