A TODDLE waddle saw youngsters walking their way around an athletics track to raise funds for the Meningitis Trust.
About 500 under-fives took part in the sponsored waddle at Hereford Leisure Centre to raise money for the trust, which provides ongoing support to families affected by meningitis.
The centre’s pre-school groups took part in sessions last week and were joined by parents and instructors.
“We do it every year,” said duty manager Stuart Morrish. “We want to try to beat last year’s total of £1,703.
“It gives youngsters a chance to go outside and get some fresh air and we had some nice weather, which made it more enjoyable.”
