FIREFIGHTERS spent Friday night battling a fire in south Hereford.
Four crews from Hereford were called to Charles Witts Avenue in Hunderton at 9.45pm.
Alec Mackie, fire press officer, said it was orginally reported that a bonfire had got out of control, but when crews attended it was a fire in three outbuildings.
Machinery and garden furniture were in the buildings and foam was used to stop some gas cylinders from exploding.
There were no reports of any injuries, but an elderly lady was treated for smoke inhalation.
Crews were there until 5am the following morning.
