PARISH COUNCIL – At the meeting on Monday night, councillors re-appointed David Tilford as chairman for the coming 12 months. Coun Les Herbert will continue to act as his deputy. District councillor Keith Grumbley explained the new waste disposal system being brought in in November and stressed that any residents who wanted a small wheelie bin rather than the standard size should contact Herefordshire Council before the end of the month. Following the resignation of Deidre George, there is now a vacancy for a parish councillor.
Anyone interested in taking up the post is asked to contact the clerk or any existing members of the council as soon as possible.
