FIREFIGHTERS were called to a Hereford pub this morning to tackle a fire in its kitchen.
Three crews from Hereford were sent to The Black Lion in Bridge Street shortly before 3.55am.
Alec Mackie, fire press officer, said the fire was caused by some clothes that had been left on a tumbledyer, which had an electrical fault.
There were no reports of any injuries, but smoke damage was caused to the kitchen.
Crews were at the scene until just after 5.35am.
