A HEREFORD man appears to have given the word “takeaway” a new meaning by removing a fish and chip shop’s advertising board.
The A-board outside the Crispy Cod in Union Street was taken on Saturday May 2 but was later found abandoned in the car park beneath Maylord Orchards.
The sign was returned to its owners, but it was removed again by the same man shortly before 11.55am on Thursday (May 14). It has not yet been found.
CCTV images show a man in his 40’s or 50’s.
