STAFF at a Hereford company jumped at the chance of supporting a local charity.
A total of 10 staff from MilSys UK Ltd, of Rotherwas, took the zip wire challenge at Eastnor Castle to benefit Noah’s Ark Trust – a cause they have been supporting since the start of the year.
MilSys managing director Mike Moran said: “The zip wire was a great opportunity to do something exciting while raising money for an excellent cause. Noah’s Ark Trust does so much for the local communities of Herefordshire and Worcestershire and this was a great opportunity for us, a local company, to give something back.”
In total, £7,000 was raised for the charity by 79 ‘zippers’ at the two-day event.
