A PIG famed for his ability to behave like a dog has done it again – by displaying his agility in the ring.
Sue, a tiny rare breed from Kentchurch, hit the headlines in April as a real life Babe because of his ability to work with sheep and perform tricks more readily associated with dogs.
He has now shown he can compete with his own kind by winning a pig obedience class at the Smallholders Show and Garden Festival in Builth Wells.
Owner Wendy Scudamore, who breeds pigs from her Barton Hill farm, said: “He went through his entire repertoire and I was impressed he kept his concentration despite being surrounded by other pigs. The judge said he deserved to win because he showed so much obedience.”
