PUPILS at a Hereford school were treated to a visit from an environmental company which showed them how to a make sculptures using scrap materials.
Year three pupils at St Paul’s Primary School had been looking at the work of environmental artist Andy Goldsworthy in their art lessons, so Karen Meiklejohn and Tina Walton, from The Green Eyed Monster Company, helped them to create a large-scale sculpture in a similar style.
Each child used materials such as plastic bottles, garden canes and electrical wire to make their designs.
