VISITORS to a Herefordshire Church had a blooming marvellous weekend - and not just because of the scorching weather.
All Saints Church in Bishopswood raised more than £600 with its flower festival.
The displays depicted various events in the Church calendar like Christmas, Easter and Harvest.
As well as the flowers, there was a cake stall, Fairtrade stand and refreshments and the Wye Valley Chorus pleased the crowd with their barber shop quartet.
"We were really busy," said organiser, Sylvia Groucott.
"Lots of visitors took the chance to cool off in the church and admire the flowers."
