A COLWALL woman says a water leak outside her home has not been fixed after five weeks.
Sandra Beard, of Chevenham Close, said she and her husband, Jack, have to step through flowing water to get to their car.
She rang Severn Trent, but after three weeks the firm told her it was not its responsibility but landlord, Elgar Housing.
"They should have fixed it weeks ago. It's got green algae and gnats in it now. And they say there's going to be a water shortage," said Mrs Beard.
Elgar say it will be fixed as soon as possible.
A leaking water main in Bluebell Close, Malvern, was repaired on Monday. The leak had attracted attention because of the quantity of water gushing out of the ground and flowing down Guarlford Road.
