The Friends of Kempley Churches are planning a public lecture on the famous medieval wall paintings of St Mary's Church.
Anne Marshall, an associate lecturer with the Open University, will speak about Sacred Space and Sacred Hierarchy in the church, on Saturday, August 13, from 3pm.
The Rev Vi Chester said: "This is a one-off opportunity to hear one of the country's leading specialists in church paintings talk about our wonderful historic paintings, with particular emphasis on those from the 12th Century, in the chancel."
Tickets have gone on sale now and further information are available on 01531 890633.
