The six-month restoration and refurbishment of Ledbury's John Nash Antiques has created new office space on High Street.
Before the work, the Tudor building was used mainly for front window display and storage, with day-to-day business taking place in the rear building off the courtyard, up the small alley.
Mr Nash, who founded the business 34 years ago with partner Louis Callega, had been considering retiring.
But Mr Callega persuaded him to agree instead to a major refurbishment of the Grade II listed front building.
The space inside, including a converted basement, is given over to modern interior designs and furnishings.
Three new offices for rent, including computer and telephone links, have been created up a restored Tudor staircase.
The rear building, across the courtyard, will be used for antique displays and sales.
