Vandals have caused damage of more than £300 to windows at the Master's House in Ledbury.
Much of this happened last Saturday night, when the windows at the Herefordshire Council offices were targeted.
The damage was discovered and reported to the Police at 8am on Sunday.
Police retrieved a cider bottle and other objects from inside the building, which they believe were used to break the windows.
A total of ten windows have been smashed in the building in a matter of days and are now boarded up.
The Grade II* listed Master's House has been earmarked by Herefordshire Council for a £3m makeover. It will house the town's library, Tourist Information Centre, council information point and possibly a museum and archive dedicated to Ledbury's most famous son, the former Poet Laureate John Masefield.
