She returned 86-20-66 to Childs' 87-24-63, while James Marsh was second on 78-13-65 and John Davis fourth on 79-8-67.

n The first meeting of the Prosthesis (Hippie) Society was at Ross-on-Wye where the winner was Jean Myles (Chippenham) with 37 points, followed by Ranald Topham-Smith (Royal Worlington), 36.
