The Glebe Infants' School fete will take place on Sunday, from 11am to 2pm, on Picklenash fields.
Attractions include stalls, a bouncy castle, crafts, country dancing by the youngsters and junior sumo wrestling in special inflatable suits.
This will be the fourth fete in a row been organised by the Friends of the Glebe School, or Frogs.
Chairman Mandy Grey said: "We try to bring the children back into school on a weekend and to raise money for the school as well. Our first fete made £800 and last year we raised £1,200, so it's gone up each time."
Funds have paid for stage lights for the hall and two overhead shelters for children outside classroom doors, giving cover in bad weather. FROGS hope to pay for a third shelter soon.
Fundraising has also paid for flowerbeds, used in lessons and an outdoor craft area.
This Sunday, crafts demonstrated by pupils could include painting on glass jars, pebbles and tiles.
