More than 15,000 visitors are expected in Bromyard for the biggest summer event in the town's calendar.
From motorcycle displays to craft stalls, the 38th Bromyard Gala offers events for everyone throughout Saturday and Sunday, July 2-3, on the Birchyfields site.
Among the main attractions are the Royal Artillery Motorcycle Display Team, a heavy horse parade and fun-fair.
Returning after several years absence is the dog show on Saturday.
After a successful debut last year, the food fair and antiques fair have been expanded to include scores of stands from local producers and traders.
An old favourite, the steam engine display, is back with a vengeance, with increased entries in all categories, from rollers to traction engines.
Other attractions include classic cars, rabbit show and trade stands.
"We're expecting record visitor numbers and have had increased entries, so we're really pleased," said gala committee member, Margaret Dallow. "We've got lots of new and fresh things to see, with something for everybody.
"People come from all over the country for the event."
A colourful animal-themed parade will snake its way through the town centre at 2pm on Saturday and organisers are keen to attract more entrants.
"There are animal costumes available to hire for £5 at the Conquest Theatre," said Mrs Dallow. "We're hoping for lots of people."
Anyone wishing to join the parade should contact her on 01885 483767.
The gala is open from 9am daily and camping is available at the site. Admission is £6 for adults, £4.50 OAPs and £2 children.
