Ledbury'S MP Bill Wiggin has been elected chairman of the All-Party Parliamentary Cider Group.
Mr Wiggin, who grows cider apples in his own orchard near Ledbury, succeeds Hereford's Paul Keetch, who has now become the honorary president. He says he will work to raise the profile of cider, which is important to the county economy.
