THE Bare Bones Theatre Company, a Ross-based amateur touring company founded a year ago, has established an enviable reputation for the quality of its productions.
But growing audiences in flat-floored village halls make it difficult for everyone to enjoy a clear view - a problem which has engaged the efforts of the company in recent months.
The Awards For All scheme, which allocates Lottery funds to community-based groups, has granted cash to allow the company to purchase portable staging.
Bare Bones current production, Two of a Kind, a comedy by Hugh Janes, plays at Bartestree Village Hall tomorrow (Friday) and Saturday and then tours to Fownhope, Weobley, Monmouth and Upton Bishop.
