Ross Rugby Club are aiming to get a junior section up and running for next season, it was decided at the annual meeting when around 25 members attended.
"We have a lot of good youngsters involved," said club president Dave Cooke. "We started a second XV after Christmas last year which played about 10 games and we hope to get that going again a bit earlier this year, in November."
Ross, who will again play in Gloucester 3 (North) next season, will begin their season with a trial game against South Wales club Machem on August 20.
"We have also arranged friendlies with Upton-on-Severn and Brom-yard, whom we used to play against in the North Midlands section," said Cooke, who will again combine his presidential duties with roles as secretary and fixture secretary.
"We have had a few new faces turn up for training, which takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6.30pm at Ross Sports Centre, and we are looking forward to the new season."
