Two Barrett Price penalties made it 6-0 to Ledbury before a lapse in defence let the Old Leamington-ians flanker in for a score.
Old Leamingtonians then slotted a penalty for 10-6 before Barrett Price kicked Ledbury back into it, to make it 10-9 to the home side at the break.
Old Leamingtonians started the second-half well, scored a quick try followed by a penalty to lead 20-9.
Ledbury for the remainder of the half did everything but score as the Old Leamingtonians defence was tested. Rob Collins, Ali Smith and Leo Lockwood all came close, but to no avail.
Ledbury received some good news when they heard Shipston had lost to Droitwich, which sets up a grandstand finish to the season.
If Ledbury beat Hereford in their final game they will more than likely avoid relegation.
Ledbury play Hereford next Saturday, April 23, at 3pm, all support would be appreciated at Ross Road.
