BUSINESSMEN Terry Court and Doug Burgoyne are looking to attract new supporters to help secure the future of Hereford Cathedral and its music.
The pair has taken over as chairman and vice-chairman of the Cathedral's Perpetual Trust and have pledged to introduce new initiatives to raise funds.
"There is a major task ahead as we continue our support for the fabric and music of the cathedral as well as several potential new projects," said Terry.
"However, these will only be achieved if we are able to secure the appropriate funding from our wide range of present supporters as well as those who have not been involved with us in the past."
They are promising a fund-raising programme that will be enjoyable and entertaining.
"Our programme includes elements of history, music, exclusive events and visits as well as social programmes."
