HORSE AND PONY SHOW - Blustery winds which persisted for most of the day did not deter competitors from attending the annual Kingsland Horse and Pony Show.
Organisers were worried early in the morning when they discovered that
overnight winds had blown over some of the jumping rings. They rebuilt them
and the show started on time.
Entries were up this year with some competitors coming from as far as Oxfordshire and Lancashire. There was also a very strong local entry in all sections. The new classes introduced this year were very well supported.
Each year the committee select a charity to support and this year they will
be making a donation to the Leominster Swimming Pool Appeal (WWOP)
