Kington and Kingsland remain locked together at the top of the Nash Rocks League with 20 points each after both clubs were able to record away victories this week.
Kington hang on to top spot by shot difference after the clubs both played Brimfield in successive fixtures only three days apart.
Brimfield first entertained champions Kington whose 14-shot victory kept their position at the top of the table. But Kingsland's victory three days later, by 17 shots, narrowed the margin between the two clubs to 13 shots.
Brimfield, however maintained third place in the table with a win over Hereford in their third match of the week.
RESULTS
Brimfield 110 Kington 124, Brimfield 114 Kingsland 131, Brimfield 91 Hereford 84, Leominster 106 Hereford 46.
