HAGLEY and District Light Car Club celebrated its 100th National Hill Climb with a party for the 160 competitors when the Nicholson McLaren British Championship visited Loton Park last weekend.
But it was business as usual on the track with Orleton driver Roger Moran powering to third place in the morning run-off with a time of 46.26 seconds over the testing 1,475 Shropshire yards.
Roger was fourth in the afternoon session stopping the clocks at 46.19 for a personal best time and bagging enough points to hold on to second place in the championship standings.
