VILLAGE ANNUAL MEETING - The chairman reported continued poor support for the church but thanked those concerned for keeping the churchyard tidy during the past year.
There was a vacancy for a clock winder for the church clock. Mr Phil Collins volunteered to undertake that duty. Continuing, it was reported that the Village Hall continued to be available for hire but it had limited support.
As many were aware the Village School had been closed due to low numbers with the majority of pupils attending. Chairman Mr Trevor Wickes announced his and his wife Mrs Pat Wickes' resignation from the parish council due to their recent relocation to Hereford. These were received with regret but councillors expressed their appreciation for their considerable support and efforts over the years.
Mr David Legge and Mr Neil Ramsey made presentations on behalf of the Parish Councillors.
