Hereford Couriers carried off both the men's and women's team prizes in the Hereford Leisure Centre 5km three-race series organised by the club themselves.
In the final contest of the series, Tim Clarke was the first Hereford runner home in a race won by William Levett of Bedford and County AC.
Second home was overall series winner Philip Kendrick of Spa-Tans.
Sam Gray of Bristol was first home in the ladies' race with clubmate Claire-Louise Conway, who took the overall title, finishing in fourth place.
