Bromyard's St Michael's Hospice shop is set to move from the High Street to Broad Street.
The move down the road is necessary because Neil Gladwin Family Butchers next door, which owns the premises, is planning to expand by knocking down the wall between the two shops.
Mr Gladwin said he was thinking of putting a delicatessen in the extra space.
Sylvia Jenkins, chairman of St Michael's Hospice Bromyard and district support group, said everyone at the shop was sad about going but the new shop was bigger and there would be more room.
It is likely to be three months before the move.
