THIS Sunday the Herefordshire FA will be attempting to reach the final of the Midland Counties Under-16 Challenge Cup when they entertain Huntingdon-shire FA in the semi-final at Ledbury Town's New Street ground with a 2pm kick-off.

Herefordshire knocked Oxfordshire out in the quarter-final after receiving a bye in the first round. The winners will meet the combined counties of Leicester & Rutland in the final.

If Herefordshire are successful it will mean a repeat of their only previous appearance in the final, three years ago, when the combined counties won on the golden goal rule.
