A GLIMPSE into the creative process of a successful artist is coming up.
Pauline Vincent will be demonstrating how she makes her pictures during an exhibition of her work during Tenbury Festival, which kicks off tomorrow (Friday) night.
Pauline studied at the Central School of Art and Design in London from 1962 until 1966, then taught art and later lectured in textiles, painting, art history and art education at the Frobell Institute in Roehampton.
She developed a way of turning recycled paper into a pulp to create pictures and collages and she also travels to Europe and the East to paint.
Her colourful paintings have been exhibited in galleries in London and across the world and many are held in private collections - including the National Collection.
Her forthcoming exhibition in Tenbury Wells will feature her latest series of paper and textile collages Cats with Attitude, Small Sea Dragons and Off the Wall Fairies.
It runs from Saturday until April 3, at 51 Teme Street, during which Pauline will demonstrate how her pictures are made.
