BINGO - A session of family bingo in Richards Castle village hall today (Friday) will help to raise money for the education of 11-year-old John Kamansa Wilson in Kenya.The doors open, for this Action Aid event, at 7pm. Light refreshments will be available. HALL BREAK-IN - Members of Richards Castle village hall committee are counting the cost of last week's break in.Items stolen include two vacuum cleaners,an electric kettle and a wall clock.In addition, damage was done to one ex-terior door and three in-terior doors.The police are invesgating.
DANCE - Brian Link will be playing the organ at the next sequence and ballroom dance in Richards Castle village hall on Friday, April 2. Dancing is from 8pm until midnight. Admission £2.50.
CHANGE OF DATE - The super sandwiches evening with Jean Harper will now take place on April 2 at 7.30pm. Admission will be £3 to include refreshments. Jean Harper's demonstrations have always proved to be a very popular event and enjoyed by all.
