A 15-YEAR-OLD girl was airlifted to hospital after a trampoline accident at the Minster College on Monday.
The County Air Ambulance touched down in the grounds in response to an emergency call from staff. The teenager fell from the trampoline after completing a back flip.
"Fortunately, the student concerned is fine," said deputy principal Richard Davies. "She was able to walk into the hospital and out again. She was back at her lessons the following day.
"We had all safety procedures in place - it was just one of those things. She fell awkwardly and gave cause for concern at the time."
