THE couple most effected by a long-running attempt to build a housing estate in Albert Road, Ledbury, say they are thinking of moving out.
Duncan and Linda Isaacs, who have lived in the street for 20 years, fear they will be overlooked and hemmed in by a proposed 11-home development.
Mrs Isaacs said: "We would be tempted to move if this goes through but we would have to wait until the development is over. I'm very upset indeed. A new car park would be to the side of us and new housing would overlook us. It would be absolutely awful."
Rural Homes is making a third attempt to develop a site which would be created by knocking down two existing homes.
