Brierley & Hagley 0 Kington Town 1
KINGTON Town had to contend with a poor grassless pitch in their midweek West Midlands League Premier Division game at Lye where Brierley and Hagley are currently playing their home matches.
Mid-table Brierley put up a good fight and neither side were able to break the deadlock in the first half.
Defences continued to dominate in the second period before the Herefordshire club's ace marksman Mark Davis settled the issue with a well taken second goal.
