PARISH COUNCIL - The following numbers were drawn in the lucky questionnaire draw at the parish council meeting in February: adult 907 - £100, youth 385 - £50. Will the lucky winning residents with the corresponding numbers contact the parish clerk for details of how they will receive their prize money and note that the cut-off slip from the questionnaire must be produced when claiming a prize. The parish council would like to thank everyone who took the time to complete a questionnaire. 52% were returned which is a very good response rate. Residents of Common Hill are invited to attend the next meeting of the Commons Committee on Wednesday, March 17, at 7.30pm in the pavilion. FLOWER CLUB - On March 18, Bob Harris will demonstrate Munches and Bunches. He is renowned in the area and beyond as an innovative demonstrator. The meeting is in the Memorial Hall at 7.30pm and visitors are welcome. Refreshments are served afterwards.
