New Zealand exchange vicar, the Reverend John Blundell, and his wife Jenny, will be leaving Ledbury on March 10, after a five-month stay.
Mr Blundell said: "We've really enjoyed it, and seeing the snow was a new experience for us. We've never seen snow before in our lives."
He said that driving out to Eastnor to take a service after the blizzard was "an awesome experience".
The Blundells will go sight-seeing in Europe for two weeks, and plan to return to St Oswald's Church in Auckland by Palm Sunday.
Ledbury Rector, Rev Dr Colin Beevers also plans to return from New Zealand to Ledbury by Easter.
Mr Blundell said: "We feel so much part of the scene here at Ledbury, that we wish we could stay on here longer.
"Both Jenny and myself wish to thank all the parishoners who have made us so warm and welcome in the parish, during our stay here. It has been a privilege to minister here."
