Restropective planning permission has been granted for a warehouse building serving Parkway Garage, near Ledbury.
The building, made of concrete blocks with steel sheeting, is used to store cars for sale and is behind the garage.
Herefordshire Council granted planning permission for a warehouse there in February last year. The resulting building was half a metre longer than agreed and 2.5 metres higher.
But, at a planning meeting on Wednesday afternoon, councillors agreed that the building could remain, but that some landscaping work should be carried out.
